- « Libres Écrits » : a more direct tone for themes which are often contemporary (the language of the media, antidemocratic shifts…)
- « Points d’encrage » : an illustrated collection which aims to constitute a point of anchorage between the image and the word in subjects such as arbitrary imprisonment, multiculturalism, and exile.

CEP - Créations-Europe-Perspectives Editions is a publishing house which was founded in 2014, the city of origin of the two founders and directors, Richard Miller and Jean Meurice. It has implanted itself at the heart of the French-speaking Belgian industry.
Our publishing project defines itself in three key words :
- Creation : CEP is centred around all that which believes in, lives through and transforms itself via artistic, intellectual, economic and political fields.
- Europe : CEP intends to participate in the construction of European federalisation, reaching towards a Europe which embodies a humanist culture with regard to other parts of the world.

In order to diversify its collections, in 1988, French independent editor L’École des loisirs decides to open an editorial branch in Brussels. The name chosen for the new Belgian imprint is Pastel.
Pastel’s catalogue currently includes over 600 works, around 80% of them being original works, and about 60 authors, both Belgian and international. Pastel’s catalogue highlights albums from artists from England, Swede, Germany, etc. A few of them became emblematic of the publishing house, such as Éva Eriksson, Barbara Firth, Anita Jeram, etc. Pastel’s editorial policy pays great attention to the requirement of literary and graphic quality that was always praised at L’École des loisirs, with a will to innovate through artistic ways while addressing children without taboos and with softness and respecting the young reader.

Le Daily-Bul is an idea, a review (1957-1983) and a publishing house founded by André Balthazar and Pol Bury in La Louvière, in 1957, on the wave of the Cobra movement and Belgian surrealism. Supporters of self-publication, Pol Bury and André Balthazar have published their works in the Daily-Bul review, where you will also find the works of Christian Dotremont, Pierre Alechinsky, Achille Chavée, Jean-Michel Folon and Théodore Koenig.
The catalogue of the publisghin house Le Daily-Bul counts more than three hundred titles. Most offer deluxe editions, and a standard print run rarely does more than a thousand copies. In this innovative production, poetry is king. Ours, was to show that although the world has a really bad view of our city, we were able to create a truthful traditional Publishing Company with real sense of literature. And it is now become a reality since August 2014. A passionate author and a mini army of volunteers created LiLys Editions. We are committed to promoting Belgian authors, writing in French or English, in Belgium and abroad, in paper and digital format. Our authors are between 11 and 80 years old, and write novels directed to an audience of 9 to 101 in different genres such as young public, young adult, the life/Social chronicles and the Crime/thriller.
